MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SPECTACLE COMPONENT USING RESIN STRANDED WIRE

To provide a manufacturing method of a spectacle component using a stranded wire (a resin stranded wire) made of resin, capable of providing a wide variety of colors.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a spectacle component formed of a stranded wire of a plurality of resin wires, where the resin wires constituting the stranded wire are painted in two or more colors, includes: preparing a plurality of wires made of ebonite, where at least one wire is pre-colored in a color or a pattern different from the others; bundling the plurality of wires and fixing both ends thereof; while heating the wires, applying torsional force in relatively reverse directions to both ends to twist them by a prescribed angle such that the number of twists of the plurality of wires reaches a preset number per unit length; and when having twisted them by the prescribed angle, cooling the wires so as to retain the shape thereof. After the plurality of wires made of ebonite are prepared, at least one of the plurality of wires may be colored in a color or a pattern different from the others.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 豊富な色のバリエーションを実現できる樹脂製の撚り線（樹脂撚り線）を利用した眼鏡用部品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 複数本の樹脂線材の撚り線から形成され、前記撚り線を構成する前記樹脂線材が二色以上に塗り分けられている眼鏡用部品において、エボナイトで形成され、少なくとも一本が他と異なる色又は模様に予め着色された複数本の線材を準備し、複数本の前記線材を束ねてその両端を固定し、前記線材を加熱しつつ相対的に逆方向の捩り力を前記両端に加え、前記複数本の線材の撚り数が単位長さ当り予め設定された数となるように所定角度捩り、前記所定角度捩ったところで前記線材を冷却して形状を維持させた。エボナイトで形成された複数本の線材を準備した後に、複数本の前記線材のうちの少なくとも一本を他と異なる色又は模様に着色するようにしてもよい。【選択図】 図１
