With an aspect ratio being a value obtained by dividing the length of a short axis by the length of a long axis in a projection shape of the abrasive grain and with a predetermined division value (Asb) for dividing the aspect ratio being 0.8, when distinguishing between a first abrasive grain (131) in which some of the first crystallites form a lump of the plurality of abrasive grains to have a shape with a first aspect ratio (As1) greater than the division value (Asb) and a second abrasive grain (31) in which some of the second crystallites having a crystallite size smaller than that of the first crystallites form a lump to have a shape with a second aspect ratio (As2) smaller than the division value (Asb), a content ratio of the second abrasive grains (31) is 70% or more and 100% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】水溶性切削油を用いても硬質脆性材を良好に切削加工できる帯鋸刃を提供する。【解決手段】帯鋸刃(91)は、ダイヤモンド又はCBNの複数の砥粒を含む砥粒部(3)を有して硬質脆性材料の切削が可能である。砥粒の投影形状において短軸の長さを長軸の長さで除した値をアスペクト比として前記アスペクト比を区分する所定の区分値(Asb)を0.8とし、前記複数の砥粒を、第1結晶子の幾つかが塊となって前記区分値(Asb)よりも大きい第1のアスペクト比(As1)の形状を有する第1砥粒(131)と、前記第1結晶子よりも結晶子サイズが小さい第2結晶子の幾つかが塊となって前記区分値(Asb)よりも小さい第2のアスペクト比(As2)の形状を有する第2砥粒(31)とに区別したときに、第2砥粒(31)の含有数量比率が70%以上、100%以下である。【選択図】図2 |
