To provide radio equipment capable of realizing a shortening of an exchange time of the radio equipment.SOLUTION: Radio equipment structuring a communications network of a radio communication with the other radio equipment and exchangeable with novel radio equipment by using a communicable setting device comprises: a storage part that stores information; a transmission and reception part that transmits and receives the information; and a control part. The control part includes: a first mode which is operated as the radio equipment belonged to the communications network; and a second mode which is operated as radio equipment to join the communications network in stead of the radio equipment having already belonging to the communications network. In the first mode, the control part transmits the network information as information related to the communications network stored in the storage part to the setting device by the transmission and reception part on the basis of a command from the setting device, and eliminates the network information from the storage part.
