A first insulating resin layer 4 has, as a base insulating layer of a metal-clad laminate 6, resistance from a circuit forming step of the subtractive method to a forming step of a second insulating resin layer 5, the base insulating layer supporting the conductive circuit 3 formed with the circuit is changed from the first insulating resin layer 4 to the second insulating resin layer 5 by dissolving and peeling in a peeling step of the first insulating resin layer 4, and the conductive circuit 3 and the second insulating resin layer 5 spread smoothly on the same surface on the peeling surface of the first insulating resin layer 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】サブトラクティブ法による低廉な回路形成コストの利点を前提に、汎用かつ低コストのフラッシュサーキットとして提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】サブトラクティブ法により形成する導電回路3の回路断面の特徴である台形状の下辺(長辺)を平滑面に露出するフラッシュサーキット形態であって、第一絶縁性樹脂層4が金属張積層板6の基材絶縁層としてサブトラクティブ法の回路形成工程から第二絶縁性樹脂層5の形成工程に対する耐性を有し、第一絶縁性樹脂層4の剥離工程において溶解剥離されることで、回路形成された導電回路3を支持する基材絶縁層は第一絶縁性樹脂層4から第二絶縁性樹脂層5に交代し、第一絶縁性樹脂層4の剥離面において導電回路3と第二絶縁性樹脂層5は同一の面上に平滑に展開するフラッシュサーキット形態の本技術のプリント配線板1が形成される。【選択図】図6 |
