VISIT CHARGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

To provide a visit charge management system capable of motivating repair and inspection workers to visit when they have spare time.SOLUTION: Business place side control means 8 is provided in a business place requiring a plurality of repair and inspection workers. A management server 3 is communicably connected to a plurality of water heater side control means 7 and the business place side control means 8. The management server 3 includes usage data management means 10 for managing use state data of a water heater 1, deterioration degree calculation means 11 for calculating a deterioration degree for an object water heater, busyness degree calculation means 12 for calculating a busyness degree of the repair and inspection worker for each period, visit charge calculation means 13 for calculating a visit charge for each period for the water heater 1 based on the deterioration degree and the busyness degree, and output means 14 capable of outputting the visit charge to an external communication terminal 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】修理点検作業員が時間に余裕がある時期に修理点検作業員が訪問することが可能なように動機付けを行えるようにすることが可能な訪問料金管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】複数の修理点検作業員を要する事業所に備えられた事業所側制御手段８と、複数の給湯器側制御手段７及び事業所側制御手段８と通信可能に接続された管理サーバ３と、が備えられ、管理サーバ３に、給湯器１の使用状況データを管理する使用データ管理手段１０と、対象給湯器についての劣化度を算出する劣化度算出手段１１と、修理点検作業員の時期毎の繁忙度を算出する繁忙度算出手段１２と、劣化度と繁忙度とに基づいて、給湯器１について時期毎の訪問料金を算出する訪問料金算出手段１３と、外部通信端末４に訪問料金を出力可能な出力手段１４と、が備えられている。【選択図】図１
