To effectively collect a respiratory sound while eliminating an influence of noise.SOLUTION: A respiratory sound detection device includes a mounted part that can be mounted on the head of a user, and a detection part supported by the mounted part for detecting a respiratory sound of the user wearing the mounted part. The detection part includes a housing, a vibration plate attached to the housing that vibrates by the respiratory sound, and a sound collection part attached to the housing separately from the vibration plate for collecting the respiratory sound through the vibration plate.
