Zusammenfassung:To provide a method, a device and a program for evaluating a tuyere landscape of a blast furnace by which a landscape of a tuyere can be accurately grasped.SOLUTION: The method for evaluating a tuyere landscape of a blast furnace includes a tuyere image acquisition step of continuously acquiring tuyere images by a camera having an imaging element, a raceway specification step of specifying an image part corresponding to a raceway, a brightness distribution generation step of generating brightness distribution of the image part corresponding to the raceway, a parameter calculation step of calculating skewness and/or kurtosis from the brightness distribution in which an average value of the brightness is less than a brightness threshold, an individual tuyere landscape determination step of determining an individual tuyere landscape for each tuyere based on a magnitude of the skewness and/or kurtosis, and a comprehensive tuyere landscape determination step of determining normality or abnormality of a comprehensive tuyere landscape in the whole blast furnace based on an evaluation value calculated from a tabulation result obtained by tabulating determinations in the individual tuyere landscape determination step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】羽口の景観を正確に把握することが可能な、高炉の羽口景観評価方法、羽口景観評価装置及び羽口景観評価プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】高炉の羽口景観評価方法であって、撮像素子を備えたカメラによって羽口画像を連続的に取得する羽口画像取得工程と、レースウェイに対応した画像部分を特定するレースウェイ特定工程と、レースウェイに対応する画像部分の輝度分布を作成する輝度分布生成工程と、輝度の平均値が輝度閾値未満となる輝度分布から、歪度及び/又は尖度を算出するパラメータ算出工程と、歪度及び/又は尖度の大小に基づき、個別羽口景観を羽口ごとに判定する個別羽口景観判定工程と、前記個別羽口景観判定工程における判定を集計した集計結果から算出した評価値に基づき、高炉全体の総合羽口景観の正常又は異常を判定する総合羽口景観評価工程と、を有することを特徴とする高炉の羽口景観評価方法。【選択図】図8
