CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AGENCY SERVER DEVICE AND CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AGENCY METHOD

To provide a customer management agency server device which can calculate a charge for electric energy consumption in a desired period for each of users being retail electricity suppliers or each of electric energy consumers being customers of the retail electricity suppliers by using metered data (electric energy consumption data per unit time) provided by a consignment server device possessed by a distribution business operator.SOLUTION: A customer management agency server device 1 can communicate with a consignment server device 2 having metered data 3 about an electric energy consumption for each electric power consumer, and can access an information table 4 where operation elements other than the metered data 3 of charges for electric power consumption which a plurality of users being retail electricity suppliers charges their customers being the electric power consumers, are set for each user or each customer, and calculates a charge for electric power consumption in a desired period for each customer on the basis of the information table 4 and the metered data 3 provided by the consignment server device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】送配事業者が保有する託送サーバ装置から提供される検針データ（単位時間毎の電力使用量データ）を用いて、小売り電気事業者であるユーザ毎に、又はその顧客である電力需要家毎に、所望期間の電力使用料を算出することができる顧客管理代行サーバ装置を提供する。【解決手段】電力需要家毎の電力使用量に関する検針データ３を有する託送サーバ装置２と通信可能なサーバ装置であって、小売り電気事業者である複数のユーザが電力需要家である自らの顧客に対して請求する電力使用料の検針データ３以外の演算要素をユーザ毎に又は顧客毎に設定した情報テーブル４にアクセス可能であり、この情報テーブル４と託送サーバ装置２から提供される検針データ３に基づいて顧客毎の所望期間の電力使用料を算出することを特徴とする顧客管理代行サーバ装置１による。【選択図】図１
