A side surface of the building is divided into a plurality of side surfaces S1 to S4 in a circumferential direction of the building, and the plurality of side surfaces include the first side surface S1. The first floor F1 and the second floor F2 are respectively provided with a plurality of flat columns 2 arranged along the first side surface S1. Each of the flat columns 21 provided on the first side surface S1 of the second floor F2 is off-center axis from any of the multiple flat columns 21 provided on the first side S1 of the first story F1.
