To provide a wearing system with excellent wearability and improved workability and safety.SOLUTION: A wearing system 1 includes: a wearing part 2 and a jacket 3. The wearing part 2 includes: a waist belt 23, a back face connection member 24, a back face support member 25, upper shoulder belts 26a and 26b, lower shoulder belts 27a and 27b, a chest belt 28, and chest support members 29a and 29b. The jacket 3 includes shoulder opening parts 31a and 31b, an upper opening part, lower opening parts 33a and 33b, and waist opening parts 34a and 34b.
