Zusammenfassung: | To provide a high pressure pump for hardly causing the wear of a contact surface between a plunger and a tappet.SOLUTION: A high pressure pump 1 includes a plunger 3 for pressurizing fuel, a cam 11 for actuating the plunger, and a tappet 4 for transmitting the actuation by the cam to the plunger as pressing force. A first convex surface F1 of the plunger and a second convex surface F2 of the tappet, contacting each other, are convex spherical surfaces which have symmetrical shapes with a tangential plane TP as a reference (Fig.2(c)). When the tappet presses the plunger, the horizontal displacement direction of the first convex surface is the same as that of the second convex surface and the horizontal displacement amplitude of the former is similar to that of the latter (Fig.2(d)). Relative slide hardly occurs between both surfaces, and wear more significantly less occurs in the contact surface (Fig.4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プランジャとタペットの接触面に摩耗が生じにくい高圧ポンプを提供する。【解決手段】高圧ポンプ1は、燃料を加圧するプランジャ3と、プランジャを作動させるカム11と、カムの動作をプランジャへ押圧力として伝達するタペット4を備えている。互いに接触するプランジャの第1凸曲面F1とタペットの第2凸曲面F2は凸球面であり、接平面TPを基準として対称形状である(図2(c)) 。タペットがプランジャを押圧すると、第1凸曲面と第2凸曲面に発生する水平方向の変位が同方向となり、大きさも同程度となる(図2(d)) 。両面の間には相対的な滑りが発生しにくく、接触面での摩耗の発生の軽減がより顕著になる(図4)。【選択図】図1 |
