Zusammenfassung: | To provide a laminate having high barrier properties and favorably used in an optical film, a wavelength conversion sheet using the laminate and a display device using the wavelength conversion sheet.SOLUTION: Provided is a laminate of a mat layer and a barrier film having an aluminum oxide vapor deposition film. When etched by a TOF-SIMS from a front side opposite to a substrate of the barrier film, an intensity derived from Al2O3 and an intensity derived from Al2O4H are detected in an area of the aluminum oxide vapor deposition film. A maximum peak of the intensity derived from Al2O4H is present at a depth position of 50% to 99% from a film interface in the aluminum oxide vapor deposition film. An (Al2O4H/Al2O3) intensity ratio detected at a position of the maximum peak is 1.0 or more. An intensity peak derived from Al3 is not detected in the area of the aluminum oxide vapor deposition film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】光学フィルムに好適に用いられる、高いバリア性を有する積層体、該積層体を用いた波長変換シート、該波長変換シートを用いた表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】マット層と、酸化アルミニウム蒸着膜を有するバリアフィルムとの積層体で、バリアフィルムの基材と反対側の表面側から、TOF-SIMSによりエッチングした際に、酸化アルミニウム蒸着膜の領域には、Al2O3由来の強度と、Al2O4H由来の強度とが検出され、Al2O4H由来の強度の極大ピークが、酸化アルミニウム蒸着膜における膜界面から50%以上99%以下の深さ位置に存在し、極大ピークの位置に検出される、(Al2O4H/Al2O3)強度比率が1.0以上であり、かつ、酸化アルミニウム蒸着膜の領域には、Al3由来の強度ピークが検出されない。【選択図】図1 |
