To provide a delay time monitoring device or the like by which a user can properly grasp a malfunction of an air supply system.SOLUTION: A delay time monitoring device comprises an acquisition part 21A for acquiring a delay time Td from an issuance of an air supply start command to an air supply system by a combustion device up until an air supply state is brought into a prescribed state, and an analysis part 21B for statistically analyzing an aggregation of a plurality of combustion sequence delay times Td which are acquired by the acquisition part 21A, and obtaining statistic data of the aggregation as the latest statistic data.
