Zusammenfassung:	To provide a urethane resin-forming composition which can be used as an adhesive, the composition having not only sufficiently high cohesive force after curing but also excellent interfacial adhesion.SOLUTION: Used as a curing agent of a urethane resin-forming composition is a curing agent for isocyanates, comprising a dihydroxy organic phosphonate ester represented by the following general formula (1). In the formula, R1 represents an organic group having one hydroxyl group for each of a terminal carbon atom on a side not connected to a phosphorus atom and a carbon atom adjacent to the terminal carbon atom; and R2 and R3 each independently represent an alkyl group or an aryl group.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】接着剤として用いることのできるウレタン樹脂形成性組成物であって、硬化後の凝集力が十分に高いのみならず、界面密着性にも優れる組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】ウレタン樹脂形成性組成物の硬化剤として、下記一般式（１）で表されるジヒドロキシ有機ホスホン酸エステルからなる、イソシアネート用硬化剤を使用する。式中、Ｒ１は、リン原子と結合していない側の末端炭素原子と該末端炭素原子に隣接する炭素原子に水酸基をそれぞれ１つ有する有機基を示し、Ｒ２及びＲ３はそれぞれ独立に、アルキル基又はアリール基を示す。TIFF2022140122000038.tif18149【選択図】なし
