Zusammenfassung: | To solve the problems that the steps, such as high temperature burning and dehydration operation of a solvent generally employed in conventional methods, cause a state in which it becomes difficult for a reaction to occur, are high in cost, and increase defects due to impurity level, which degrades a catalytic performance, because the steps require high energy, in a case where amount of water exceeds an upper limit of a suitable range under specified formation and reaction conditions, raw material powders float in the solvent, and a contact area among particles themselves of the raw material powders.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing molybdenum composite oxide includes a mixing step of obtaining the molybdenum composite oxide by causing molybdenum oxide, a compound including at least one element of Sr, Ca, Ba, and Mg, and water to be mixed and reacted, in which a mass ratio of the water added is set to be larger than 1 when the total mass of the molybdenum oxide and the compound including at least one element of the Sr, Ca, Ba, and Mg is 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の方法で通常利用される高温焼成や溶媒の乾燥操作などの工程は、高いエネルギーを要し、特定の生成・反応条件下では、水の量が上記好適範囲の上限を超えた場合には、原料粉末が溶媒中に浮遊し、原料粉末粒子同士の接触面積が減少するため、反応が起こりにくい状態になること、コストが高いこと、不純物準位による欠陥が増え、触媒性能が劣化する課題があった。【解決手段】酸化モリブデンと、Sr、Ca、Ba、Mgの少なくとも1つの元素を含む化合物と、水と、を混合し反応させることによりモリブデン複合酸化物を得る混合工程を有し、前記酸化モリブデンと、前記Sr、Ca、Ba、Mgの少なくとも1つの元素を含む化合物と、の合計質量を1とした場合に、加える前記水の質量比を1より大きく設定することを特徴とするモリブデン複合酸化物の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】図1 |
