Zusammenfassung:To solve the problem that even when an aqueous dispersion containing a composite of a pigment and a resin for improving dispersibility of the pigment is used, a precipitate is produced by standing still ink produced using the aqueous dispersion, and re-dispersion of the precipitate is difficult, and to solve the problem that when an image formed of the ink is heated for the purpose of drying or the like, image density is not improved compared to the case where the image is not heated.SOLUTION: An aqueous dispersion contains resin particles and a surfactant, wherein the resin particles contain pigment-containing resin particles in which a pigment is contained in a resin, the resin contains a non-crosslinked polyester resin and a crosslinked polyester resin, a 50%-cumulative volume particle diameter (D50) of the aqueous dispersion is 200 nm or more and 500 nm or less, and an aspect ratio of the pigment-containing resin particles is 1.0 or more and 1.5 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 顔料と当該顔料の分散性を向上させる樹脂との複合物を含有する水系分散体を用いた場合であっても、当該水系分散体を用いて製造されたインクを静置等することで沈殿物が生じ、当該沈殿物の再分散が困難となる課題がある。また、当該インクで形成された画像を乾燥等の目的で加熱する場合において、加熱しなかった場合と比較して画像濃度が向上しない課題がある。【解決手段】 樹脂粒子及び界面活性剤を含有する水系分散体であって、前記樹脂粒子は、顔料を樹脂中に内包した顔料内包樹脂粒子を含み、前記樹脂は、非架橋ポリエステル樹脂及び架橋ポリエステル樹脂を含有し、前記水系分散体の50%累積体積粒径(D50)は、200nm以上500nm以下であり、前記顔料内包樹脂粒子のアスペクト比は、1.0以上1.5以下であることを特徴とする水系分散体。【選択図】なし
