To facilitate management in manufacturing a terminal.SOLUTION: A terminal 10 comprises a male terminal 20 and a female terminal 40 which are connected to each other. The male terminal 20 has a tab 21 with a circular cross section. The female terminal 40 has a body part 41 inside of which a connection space S for locating the tab 21 is formed. The body part 41 has: an elastic contact piece 56 which can be flexibly deformed; and a pair of receiving parts 58. The elastic contact piece 56 has a variable connection surface 57 which is disposed in a manner facing a center SO of the connection space S when viewed from a connecting direction. The pair of receiving parts 58 is disposed on the side opposite to the elastic contact piece 56 across the connection space S, and has a pair of flat fixed connection surfaces 59 which are inclined so as to spread toward the variable connection surface 57.
