Zusammenfassung:To provide a rotary electric machine and a driving device having a structure that allows a reduced number of components.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 10 comprises: a hollow shaft 31; a housing 20; a static elimination device 80 that is fixed on the housing 20 and makes electrical contact with the hollow shaft 31 and the housing 20; and a nozzle member 70 that supplies a fluid into an inside of the shaft 31. The shaft 31 includes an open end part 31d being open to one side of an axial direction. The housing 20 includes: a bottom wall part 23a positioned at one side of the axial direction of the open end part 31d; and a peripheral wall part 23b projecting to the other side of the axial direction from the bottom wall part 23a and surrounding the open end part 31d. The nozzle member 70 includes: a supply cylinder part 71 with at least one part thereof being inserted into an inside of the shaft 31 from the open end part 31d; and a flange part 72 projecting to an outer side of a radial direction from the supply cylinder part 71.
