Zusammenfassung:To provide means for safely and reliably pulling out an underground pile even when it is difficult to hook a sling wire on the pile and pull out the pile.SOLUTION: An upper cylinder and a lower cylinder are provided by vertical opening, both of the cylinders are combined so that the upper cylinder is rotatable within a predetermined range along the lower cylinder, an outer peripheral surface of the upper cylinder is provided with a pressing claw for pressing and holding an outer peripheral surface of an underground pile so that it is rotatably pivoted on the outer surface of the upper cylinder by proper means, a proper place of the upper cylinder is provided with a cut part, the pressing claw tip is made to finely project to the inner part of the upper cylinder from the cut part end, a proper place of the outer peripheral surface of the upper cylinder is provided with a recess having a predetermined width, a projecting stopper positioned in the recess is provided in a proper place of the lower cylinder, a lower end of the lower cylinder is projectingly provided with a plurality of blade parts for excavation, so that the underground pile circumference can be excavated by rotation in a clockwise direction in plan view of both of the vertical cylinders, an underground crushing pile can be pressed and held by the pressing claws due to rotation in a counterclockwise direction in plan view, and a rotation range of the upper cylinder relative to the lower cylinder is regulated in a movable range of the stopper in the recess.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】玉掛けワイヤーを杭に掛けて引き抜くことが困難な場合でも,安全確実に地中杭を引き抜く手段を提供する。【解決手段】上下開放による、上筒と下筒とを設け、下筒に沿って上筒が所定範囲内にて回動可能に上記双方の筒を組み合わせ、上筒外周面に、土中杭の外周面を押圧保持するための押圧爪を、上筒外面に適宜手段にて回動可能に軸支し、上筒適所に切除部を設けるとともに、前記押圧爪先端を上記切除部端より上筒内方へ微突出させ、一方、上筒外周面適所において、所定幅の凹部を設けるとともに、この凹部内に位置する凸状のストッパーを下筒適所に設け、下筒下端に土掘削のための刃部を複数個突設することにより、前記上下双方筒の平面視時計方向の回動にて土中の杭周を掘削可能とし、また、平面視反時計方向の回動にて、前記押圧爪による土中の破砕杭の押圧保持を可能とするとともに、下筒に対する上筒の回動範囲が、前記凹部内での前記ストッパーの可動範囲にて規制されるよう構成したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図11
