Zusammenfassung:To provide a charging management system that contributes to improvement of practicality.SOLUTION: A required charging power amount NCE which is a value obtained by subtracting a difference between a remaining battery capacity SOC2 and an expected power consumption PUE from a full charge capacity FSOC2 of an onboard storage battery 82 is calculated (step S102), power storage batteries 12, 12, 12 installed in an off-grid charging device 10 for an electric vehicle are replaced (steps S104, 106) when the total value of a remaining battery capacities SOC1 of the power storage batteries 12, 12, 12 installed in the off-grid charging device 10 for the electric vehicle is smaller than the required charging power amount NCE, and therefore, when a user charges the onboard storage battery 82 using the off-grid charging device 10 for the electric vehicle, the occurrence of a situation in which the remaining battery capacity SOC1 of the power storage batteries 12, 12, 12 runs short can be prevented. That is, the remaining battery capacity SOC1 of the power storage batteries 12, 12, 12 can always be maintained at or above the amount of electric power corresponding to the charging request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】実用性の向上に資する充電管理システムを提供すること。【解決手段】車載蓄電池82の満充電容量FSOC2から電池残容量SOC2と予想使用電力量PUEとの差を差し引いた値である必要充電電力量NCEを算定し(ステップS102)、電気自動車用オフグリッド充電装置10に搭載された蓄電池12,12,12の電池残容量SOC1の合計値が当該必要充電電力量NCEよりも小さい場合に、電気自動車用オフグリッド充電装置10に搭載された蓄電池12,12,12を交換するため(ステップS104,106)、ユーザが電気自動車用オフグリッド充電装置10を用いて車載蓄電池82を充電する際に、蓄電池12,12,12の電池残容量SOC1が不足するといった状況が発生することを防止できる。即ち、蓄電池12,12,12の電池残容量SOC1を、常に充電要求に応じた電力量以上に維持可能である。【選択図】図8
