FIXING TAPE AND DISPOSABLE DIAPER HAVING FIXING TAPE

To provide a fixing tape provided to a disposable diaper excellent in handleability, which allows a disposable diaper to be worn around a wearer's waist with a good fitting performance when applied to a disposable diaper, and to provide a disposable diaper having the fixing tape.SOLUTION: A fixing tape 1 provided to a disposable diaper includes: a hook member 3 of a hook-and-loop fastener attached to a first principal surface 2A of a tape base material 2; and a loop member 4 of a hook-and-loop fastener attached to a second principal surface 2B of the tape base material 2. The hook member 3 and the loop member 4 are arranged in a manner that they are not overlapped with each other, or they are partially overlapped in a plane view of the first and second principal surfaces of the tape base material 2. In the hook member 3 and/or the loop member 4, outer edges on the sides opposite to each other or outer edges on the sides overlapped with each other are formed nonlinearly.
