Zusammenfassung:	To accurately correct the charging rate of a battery by suppressing the influence of aged deterioration of the battery.SOLUTION: A charging rate estimation device 5 includes: an estimating unit 8 that estimates the charging rate of a battery B on the basis of a current flowing through the battery B during charging or discharging; and a correction unit 9 that corrects the charging rate of the battery B on the basis of an open circuit voltage OCV of the battery B after a closed circuit voltage CCV of the battery B reaches a predetermined voltage and when the current stops flowing to the battery B and a current flowing to the battery B when the closed circuit voltage CCV of the battery B reaches the predetermined voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電池の経年劣化の影響を抑えて電池の充電率を精度よく補正する。【解決手段】充電中または放電中の電池Ｂに流れる電流に基づいて電池Ｂの充電率を推定する推定部８と、電池Ｂの閉回路電圧ＣＣＶが所定電圧になった後で、かつ、電池Ｂに電流が流れなくなったときの電池Ｂの開回路電圧ＯＣＶと、電池Ｂの閉回路電圧ＣＣＶが所定電圧になったときに電池Ｂに流れていた電流とに基づいて、電池Ｂの充電率を補正する補正部９とを備えて充電率推定装置５を構成する。【選択図】図１
