To provide a pinball game machine capable of suppressing excessive ball entry into a ball entry port.SOLUTION: A pinball game machine includes a ball entry port 6 that is opened upward, and a shutter member 63 disposed immediately above the ball entry port 6 for switching the ball entry port 6 between a state that ball entry is possible and a state that ball entry is impossible. The shutter member 63 that can be displaced forward and backward along a front-back direction of a board front surface of a game board 2 closes the ball entry port 6 to a state that ball entry is impossible at an advanced position where the same has advanced forward roughly in an orthogonal direction from a side of the board front surface, and forms a flow down passage 631 that can roll a game ball roughly along the width direction of the game board 2 at the advanced position while the shutter member 63 opens the ball entry port 6 to a state that ball entry is possible at a retreat position where the same has retreated backward.
