To attain infection prevention.SOLUTION: An infectious disease detection sensor (58) is installed at a bus stop (50) for detecting whether or not a waiting passenger of a bus (1) is suspected of an infectious disease and on the basis of a detection result detected by the infectious disease detection sensor (58), it is determined whether or not the waiting passenger of the bus (1) is a suspected infected person who is suspected of the infectious disease.
