RESIN FORMWORK FOR SPECIMEN FOR CONCRETE STRENGTH TEST AND BOSS MOLD USING THE SAME

To facilitate demolding work after concrete filling in a resin formwork for creasing a boss specimen.SOLUTION: A resin formwork 1 comprises: a formwork body 2 whose one face is defined as an opening part and which is made of four lateral faces 4A-4D in the circumferential direction and a bottom face 5; a flange part 3 provided along the circumferential direction so as to surround the opening part A of the formwork body 2; a plurality of strips of ribs 6 continuously formed at prescribed intervals on the outer peripheral surface of the framework body 2; and, at the flange part 3, a plurality of slit grooves 8a-8 formed over a section from the edge of the opening A to the outer edge of the flange part 3, and notch grooves 9a and 9b thinned into a V-shaped cross section formed on the outer surface 2 over a section to the bottom face 5 so as to be substantially continued from the slit grooves 8a-8e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ボス供試体を作製するための樹脂製型枠において、コンクリート充填後の脱型作業の容易化を図る。【解決手段】樹脂製型枠１は、一面が開口部とされ周方向の４側面４Ａ～４Ｄと底面５とからなる型枠本体部２と、この型枠本体部２の開口部Ａを囲むように周方向に沿って設けられたフランジ部３とから構成されるとともに、前記型枠本体部２の外周面に複数条のリブ６が所定間隔をもって連続的に形成され、前記フランジ部３において、前記開口部Ａの縁からフランジ部３の外縁までの区間に亘ってスリット溝８ａ～８ｄを複数本形成するとともに、前記型枠本体部２の外面に対して前記スリット溝８ａ～８ｄに実質的に連続するように前記底面５までの区間に亘って断面Ｖ字状に薄肉化された切込み溝９ａ、９ｂを形成する。【選択図】図１
