The noise insulation sheet includes a deformable fragile site. The noise insulation sheet and a heated carpet are pressed by a form block so that the carpet is formed in a three-dimensional shape and the noise insulation sheet and the carpet are integrally formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
