Zusammenfassung:	To provide an irradiation device in which an infrared irradiation range by a VCSEL element can cover an ultraviolet irradiation range, and the ultraviolet irradiation range can be confirmed.SOLUTION: The irradiation device includes a deep UV element and a VCSEL element, in which the irradiation range of the ultraviolet light emitted from the deep UV element is covered by the irradiation range of the infrared light emitted from the VCSEL element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】紫外線照射範囲をＶＣＳＥＬ素子による赤外線照射範囲がカバーすることができ、且つ、紫外線照射範囲を確認することができる照射装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明における照射装置は、深ＵＶ素子とＶＣＳＥＬ素子とを備え、深ＵＶ素子から出射する紫外光線の照射範囲をＶＣＳＥＬ素子から出射する赤外光線の照射範囲がカバーする。【選択図】図２
