Zusammenfassung: | To provide an inspection device and an inspection method that can detect more clearly types of abnormities of not only white eggs but also colored eggs, than conventional inspection devices and inspection methods, further can detect highly accurately abnormities of eggs through a transparent container.SOLUTION: An inspection method irradiates sequentially and directly light in more than three types of wavelength regions including at least infrared and visible light wavelengths from an illumination part; images their reflected light and/or scattered light using one imaging unit arranged on a center line in a ring shape of a ring-shaped illumination part; and analyzes multi-color synthesized images obtained by synthesizing monochrome images for respective wavelength regions that are obtained through imaging, and the respective monochrome images so as to discriminate and determine four or more types of abnormities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
【課題】従来の検査装置および検査方法よりも、白色卵以外の有色卵であっても異常の種類を明確に検出でき、さらに透明容器越しの卵でも異常を高精度で検出することができる、検査装置および検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】検査方法は、照明部から、少なくとも赤外線および可視光波長のうち3種以上の波長域の光を、順に、直接的に照射し、それらの反射光および/または散乱光を、リング状照明部のリング状中心線上に配置された1つの撮像部で順に撮像し、撮像して得られた各波長域のモノクロ画像を合成して得られるカラー合成画像と、各モノクロ画像とを、解析し、4種以上の異常を区別して判定する。【選択図】図1A |
