SOLUTION: To provide a polymer composition (X) comprising 15.0 to 40.0 mass% of a 4-methyl-1-pentene (co)polymer (A) satisfying a following requirement (A-a) and 85.0 to 60.0 mass% of a 4-methyl-1-pentene copolymer (B) satisfying a following requirement (B-a) (provided that a total of the 4-methyl-1-pentene copolymer (A) and the 4-methyl-1-pentene copolymer (B) is 100 mass%). Requirement (A-a): a content (U1) of a constitutional unit derived from 4-methyl-1-pentene is 97.5 to 100 mol% and a content (U2) of a constitutional unit derived from ethylene and an α-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms (excluding 4-methyl-1-pentene) is 0 to 2.5 mol% or less.
