WATER-DISPERSED RESIN COMPOSITION

To provide a water-dispersed resin composition having freeze-thaw stability and antifouling property.SOLUTION: A water-dispersed resin composition is provided which is comprised of polymer particles and solvent, and has the following (I) to (II) features. (I) The polymer particles contains more than 20 mass% of a structural unit (X) derived from a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylate monomer (A) in 100 mass% of a monomer, 0.1 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less of a structural unit (Y) derived from a reactive emulsifier (B) in 100 mass% of the monomer, and more than 2 mass% and 30 mass% or less of a structural unit (Z) derived from a (meth)acrylate monomer (C) having a hydroxyl group in 100 mass% of the monomer.
