To provide a carbonaceous granulated material having excellent handling ability and a manufacturing method of the carbonaceous granulated material.SOLUTION: A carbonaceous granulated material of the present invention has a structure of an aggregate of carbonaceous material particles, and has a particle size D50 which is a cumulative frequency of 50% in a cumulative frequency distribution curve based on a volume measured by using a laser diffraction type grain size distribution measuring apparatus of 1 μm or over and 100 μm or under.
