Zusammenfassung:To provide a carbonaceous granulated material having excellent handling ability and a manufacturing method of the carbonaceous granulated material.SOLUTION: A carbonaceous granulated material of the present invention has a structure of an aggregate of carbonaceous material particles, and has a particle size D50 which is a cumulative frequency of 50% in a cumulative frequency distribution curve based on a volume measured by using a laser diffraction type grain size distribution measuring apparatus of 1 μm or over and 100 μm or under. Moreover, a manufacturing method of manufacturing the carbonaceous granulated material of the present invention involves the steps of: carbonizing a raw resin to obtain a carbide; pulverizing the carbide to obtain a carbonaceous material slurry; and atomizing and drying the carbonaceous material slurry to obtain a carbonaceous granulated material.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ハンドリング性に優れる炭素材造粒物および上記炭素材造粒物の製造方法が提供される。【解決手段】本発明の炭素材造粒物は炭素材粒子が凝結した構造を有し、レーザー回折式粒度分布測定装置を用いて測定された体積基準の累積度数分布曲線において累積度数が50%である粒子径D50が、1μm以上100μm以下である炭素材造粒物。さらに本発明の炭素材造粒物を製造する製造方法は、原料樹脂を炭化して炭化物を得る炭化工程と、前記炭化物を粉砕して炭素材スラリーを得る粉砕工程と、前記炭素材スラリーを噴霧乾燥して炭素材造粒物を得る造粒工程と、を含む、炭素材造粒物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
