Zusammenfassung:To provide an inspection device which can accurately determine a non-defective product even when a subject is imaged with deformation.SOLUTION: An inspection apparatus includes: storage means for storing non-defective product images; acquisition means which acquires an input image; detection means which detects a region corresponding to each of search models corresponding to a plurality of subdivided regions of the non-defective product images, from the input image; correction means which corrects the input image; and inspection means which compares the corrected input image with the non-defective product images to determine whether a subject is defective or not. The detection means defines positions of the search models in the input image corresponding to a reference position, as detection positions of the search models. The correction means corrects deformation of the input image by linear transformation which transforms a quadrangle formed of the detection positions of the search models in the input image to a rectangle while storing a ratio of positions of points located on the sides thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】検査対象物に歪みが生じて撮影された場合であっても精度よく良品判定が可能な検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】良品画像を記憶する記憶手段と、入力画像を取得する取得手段と、良品画像の複数の分割領域に対応する複数のサーチモデルのそれぞれについて、前記サーチモデルに対応する領域を前記入力画像から検出する検出手段と、前記入力画像を補正する補正手段と、補正後の前記入力画像と前記良品画像とを比較して検査対象物が良品か否かを判定する検査手段と、を備え、前記検出手段は前記サーチモデルのそれぞれの基準位置に対応する前記入力画像における位置をサーチモデルの検出位置とし、前記補正手段は、前記入力画像における前記サーチモデルの検出位置から構成される四角形を、その辺上に存在する点の位置の比率を保存しつつ長方形に変換する線形変換により、前記入力画像の歪みを補正する、ことを特徴とする、検査装置。【選択図】図2
