Zusammenfassung: | To provide a surface steel plate with ribs, which suppresses welding distortion of the surface steel plate due to the formation of the rib portion, suppresses wasteful use of the material of the rib portion, and has an air venting function, and a method for constructing the surface steel plate.SOLUTION: A construction method for a surface steel plate 6 with ribs used for construction of a steel plate concrete structural wall 1 includes a rib formation step of providing long steel rib portions 27 and 29 on an inner wall surface 3b of a surface steel plate 3 placed on the surface of the steel plate concrete structure wall 1 on the side where concrete is placed. In the rib formation step, a rib member 28 having a plurality of protrusions 28a and recesses 28b alternately formed in the longitudinal direction is welded to the surface steel plate 3 at a tip 28h of each protrusion 28a. 【課題】リブ部の形成による表面鋼板の溶接歪みを抑えるとともに、リブ部の材料の無駄を抑え、且つ空気抜き機能を有するリブ付き表面鋼板及びその構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼板コンクリート構造壁1の構築に用いられるリブ付き表面鋼板6の構築方法は、鋼板コンクリート構造壁1の表面に配置される表面鋼板3のコンクリート打設側の内壁面3bに長尺状の鋼製のリブ部27,29を設けるリブ形成工程を備え、リブ形成工程では、長手方向に交互に形成された複数の凸部28a及び凹部28bを有するリブ部材28が、各凸部28aの先端部28hにおいて表面鋼板3に溶接され、凸部28aの輪郭形状と、凹部28bの輪郭形状と、が互いに略等しい。【選択図】図3 |
