To provide an absorbent article including a thin-type absorber having excellent fluid diffusibility. combining a high-level absorption performance, absorption rate and backflow prevention performance, at high level, and also having excellent wearing comfort and fittability.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 50 comprises a top sheet 10, a back sheet 30 and an absorber 20.
