Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for joining dissimilar metal materials that can supply a specified high current in pressure application electrification in resistance welding.SOLUTION: A method for joining dissimilar metal materials comprises: a preparation step of preparing a rivet 11, a plurality of metal members 23, shanks 16, 17, and electrode parts 18, 19 provided at tips of the shanks 16, 17; a sandwiching step of sandwiching the rivet 11 and the plurality of metal members 23 between the first electrode 18 and the second electrode 19; and a burying step of burying the rivet 11 in the metal members 23 through pressure application electrification by the first electrode 18 and the second electrode 19. The preparation step includes a step of preparing, as the first electrode 18 and the second electrode 19, the two electrodes 18, 19 satisfy the condition that an electric resistance value of the first electrode 18 and an electric resistance value of the second electrode 19 are equal to or less than the total value of electric resistance values of the plurality of metal members 23 and an electric resistance value of the rivet 11 to be joined together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】抵抗溶接時の加圧通電時に、指定の高電流を流すことができる異種金属材の接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】異種金属材の接合方法は、リベット11と、複数の金属部材23と、それぞれシャンク16,17とシャンク16,17の先端に設けられた電極部18,19と、を用意する用意工程と、リベット11および複数の金属部材23を、第1電極18と第2電極19とにより挟む挟み込み工程と、第1電極18と第2電極19とにより加圧通電し、リベット11を金属部材23に対して埋入させる埋入工程と、を備える。用意工程は、第1電極18および第2電極19として、第1電極18の電気抵抗値および第2電極19の電気抵抗値が、接合される複数の金属部材23の電気抵抗値とリベット11の電気抵抗値との合計値以下である条件を満たす2つの電極18,19を用意する工程を含む。【選択図】図2 |
