Zusammenfassung:To prevent breaking of a solidified article when dust in a molding hole is compressed and solidified.SOLUTION: A solidified article breaking preventive method includes the steps of: introducing dust into a molding hole, and advancing a second rod into the molding hole and stopping the second rod at a predetermined position (S1); advancing a first rod into the molding hole, compressing the dust between the first rod and the second rod, and molding a solidified article (S3); and reciprocating the first rod and the second rod to move the rods in a first opening direction or a second opening direction while sandwiching the solidified article between the first rod and the second rod, and then return the rods back to original positions (S4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】成形孔内のダストを圧縮して固形化するに際し、固形化物の破壊を防止すること。【解決手段】成形孔内にダストを導入すること、成形孔内に第2のロッドを進出させて所定の位置で停止させること(S1)、成形孔内に第1のロッドを進出させ、第1のロッドと第2のロッドとの間でダストを圧縮し、固形化物を成形すること(S3)、第1のロッドと第2のロッドとの間に固形化物を挟持した状態で、第1のロッド及び第2のロッドを第1の開口方向又は第2の開口方向に移動させた後もとの位置に戻すように往復運動させること(S4)、を含む、固形化物破壊防止方法とする。【選択図】図3
