Zusammenfassung:To provide a rotor in which a permanent magnet is brought close to the outer peripheral surface of a rotor core to improve the performance as a motor and secure the strength of a magnet slot.SOLUTION: A rotor includes a rotor core 11 including an outer peripheral surface 13 centered on the axis of rotation, and a plurality of magnet slots 12 circumferentially arranged about the axis of rotation, and a permanent magnet 16 inserted into each of the magnet slots 12.
