Zusammenfassung:	To provide a pigment-dispersed paste which does not impair curability of a coating, and a coating composition and a cationic electrodeposition coating composition containing the pigment-dispersed paste.SOLUTION: The pigment-dispersed paste contains a pigment and a dispersion resin. The dispersion resin contains a blocked polyisocyanate. The blocked polyisocyanate has a first blocked isocyanate group having a hydrophobic group, and a second blocked isocyanate group having a hydrophilic group. The coating composition contains the pigment-dispersed paste, a coating film-forming resin, a curing agent, and a polar solvent.
