Zusammenfassung:To provide a chlorine bypass facility which can be stably operated.SOLUTION: A chlorine bypass facility 90 comprises: an extraction port 21A for extracting kiln exhaust gas from a kiln bottom 52 of a cement kiln 50, a rising duct 42, or between them; and a classification section 22 for separating coarse dust of raw material dust from mixed gas obtained by merging the extracted gas extracted from the extraction port 21A and the exhaust gas generated in a combustion furnace 32 to obtain derived gas containing fine powder of the raw material dust.
