To contain the facility cost for a radio wave receiver in a location estimation system.SOLUTION: A location estimation system which estimates the location of a location estimation target that is a radio wave source includes a flying object 70 and an information processing device 300. The flying object 70 includes: a flight control unit 71 that performs flight control to fly on a predetermined route above an estimation target area; a radio wave reception unit 20 that receives, during flight on the predetermined route, radio waves emitted from the location estimation target that is present within the estimation target area; and a transmitting unit 20 that transmits reception parameter information of the radio waves received by the radio wave reception unit.
