Zusammenfassung:To provide a congestion information management system configured to determine an index which indicates congestion status in consideration of a space required by a user in a facility or on a vehicle, a congestion information management method, and a program.SOLUTION: A congestion information management system of embodiments includes a processing unit. The processing unit determines an effective congestion rate in consideration of a space required by a person who needs a wider space by adding a corrected value based on the space required by the person who needs a wider space than general users to a measurement value of a congestion rate which indicates a ratio of the number of persons actually existing on a vehicle or in a facility with respect to the capacity of the vehicle or the facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】施設又は乗り物内の利用者が必要とするスペースを考慮した混雑状況を示す指標を求めることができる、混雑情報管理システム、混雑情報管理方法及びプログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態の混雑情報管理システムは、処理部を備える。処理部は、乗り物又は施設の定員に対する実際に前記乗り物又は前記施設にいる人の数の比を示す混雑率の計測値に、一般的な利用者と比べて広いスペースを必要とする広スペース必要者が必要とするスペースを考慮した補正値を加えることで、前記広スペース必要者が必要とするスペースを考慮した実効混雑率を求める。【選択図】図１
