Zusammenfassung:	To provide a repair work method that demolishes and remove an existing foundation part of an existing building where an existing floor slab part is projectingly formed in a state of overlapping to a valley side from the existing foundation part on the ground while leaving the existing floor slab part, which simplifies or omits installation of a support beam supporting the existing floor slab part from the lower part, and can perform improvement of working efficiency and environmental protection on the valley side.SOLUTION: A newly constructed counter weight part 5 which is fixed to an existing floor slab part 1 and is made of concrete is constructed in a boundary between existing foundation parts 2 and 3 and the existing floor slab part 1, and the existing foundation parts 2 and 3 are removed from the existing floor slab part 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】地盤上の既存基礎部分から谷側に張り出された状態で既存床版部分が突出形成された既存建築物に対して、前記既存床版部分を残したままで前記既存基礎部分を解体撤去する改修工事方法において、既存床版部分を下方から支持する支保工の設置を簡略化又は省略して、作業効率の向上や谷側の環境保護を行うことができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】既存基礎部分２，３と既存床版部分１との境界部に当該既存床版部分１に対して定着されるコンクリート製の新設カウンターウェイト部分５を構築した上で、既存床版部分１に対して既存基礎部分２，３を切り離す。【選択図】図３
