Zusammenfassung: | To provide a condensed water accumulation pipe capable of automatically discharging condensed water by the temperature difference between a temperature of the condensed water and a temperature of steam even when the condensed water is rapidly increased.SOLUTION: A condensed water accumulation pipe includes an inlet into which steam or condensed water flows, a connection port to a nozzle type steam trap, a discharge port for discharging the condensed water to the outside, and a thermo-sensitive extendable part which is provided between the inlet and the discharge port and is extendable and contractible by the temperature difference between a temperature of the steam and a temperature of the condensed water. When the temperature between the inlet and the discharge port is raised by the high-temperature steam, the thermo-sensitive extendable part extends to close the discharge port, and the steam and the condensed water flow into the connection port, and when the condensed water is collected between the inlet and the discharge port and the temperature decreases, the thermo-sensitive extendable part contracts to open the discharge port, and thereby, the condensed water collected is discharged from the discharge port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】凝縮水が急激に増加しても、凝縮水の温度と蒸気の温度差で自動的に排出できる凝縮水蓄積管を提供する。【解決手段】蒸気又は凝縮水が流れ込む入口と、ノズル式のスチームトラップへの連結口と、凝縮水を外部に排出する排出口と、入口と排出口との間に設けられ、蒸気と凝縮水の温度差で伸縮する感熱伸縮可動と、を備え、入口と排出口の間の温度が高温の蒸気で上昇すると、感熱伸縮可動部が伸びて排出口を閉じ、蒸気と前記凝縮水が前記連結口に流れ、入口と排出口の間に凝縮水が溜まって温度が下がると、感熱伸縮可動部が縮んで排出口を開き、溜まった凝縮水が排出口から排出される。【選択図】図1 |
