To provide a control circuit, a control device, and clothing that enable easier operation while suppressing complication of equipment configuration.SOLUTION: A control circuit includes an input connection unit 1 to which a mobile battery 8 is connected, an output connection unit 2 to which a blower fan 91 is connected, a switching unit 3 which is electrically interposed between the input connection unit 1 and the output connection unit 2 and switches a closed state for connecting the input connection unit 1 and the output connection unit 2 to each other, and an open state for disconnecting the input connection unit 1 and the output connection unit 2 from each other, an operation unit 4 for outputting an operation signal Os, and a controller 5 for controlling the switching unit 3.
