Zusammenfassung:To provide a sliding system which can reduce a time to attain stabilized low friction and can obtain an excellent frictional property irrespective of types of molybdenum additives.SOLUTION: A sliding system comprises: a first sliding member 10 and a second sliding member 20 which can move relatively to each other; and a lubricating oil 30 which is interposed between the members and contains a molybdenum additive. A sliding surface of the first sliding member 10 is composed of a first sliding coating film 12 including nitride having cubic crystal structure. An area ratio of a (111) plane to a (200) plane of crystal faces of the nitride having cubic crystal structure as measured with X-ray diffraction is 0.85 or more. A sliding surface of the second sliding member 20 is composed of a second sliding material including an iron constituent. Sliding causes iron of the second sliding member 20 to transfer onto the first sliding coating film 12, where the iron reacts with the molybdenum additive to form an intermediate layer of Fe3O4 on which a low frictional MoS2 surface layer is then formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】安定した低摩擦化までの時間を低減することができ、かつ、モリブデン系添加剤のタイプによらず優れた摩擦特性を得ることができる摺動システムを提供する。【解決手段】相対移動し得る第1摺動部材10及び第2摺動部材20と、これらの間に介在しモリブデン系添加剤を含有する潤滑油30とを備える。第1摺動部材10の摺動面は立方晶構造を持つ窒化物を含む第1摺動被覆膜12よりなり、X線回折で測定される立方晶構造を持つ窒化物の結晶面のうち、(200)面に対する(111)面の面積比率が0.85以上である。第2摺動部材20の摺動面は、組成として鉄を含む第2摺動材料よりなる。摺動により、第1摺動被覆膜12の上に第2摺動部材20の鉄が移着し、モリブデン系添加剤と反応してFe3O4の中間層が形成され、その上に、低摩擦のMoS2表面層が形成される。【選択図】図1
