Zusammenfassung: | To reduce energy consumption and cook an object to be cooked (a cooked object) efficiently.SOLUTION: A controller includes: a predetermined event detection section which detects a predetermined event associated with an occurrence of an order related to a cooked object which can be cooked by a medium in a container part; a medium state control unit which controls a heat energy supply section and a medium supply section to control a state of the medium in the container part and switches the state of the medium in the container part between a first state, in which the cooked object placed into the container part can be cooked by the medium, and a second state, in which a heat energy supply amount supplied by the heat energy supply section to the medium in the container part per unit time is smaller than that in the first state. The medium state control unit switches the state of the medium in the container part from the second state to the first state when the predetermined even detection section detects the predetermined event in a situation that the state of the medium in the container part is in the second state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】エネルギ消費を抑制しつつ、調理対象を効率的に調理する。【解決手段】容器部内の媒体により調理可能な調理対象に係る注文の発生に関連する所定イベントを検出する所定イベント検出部と、熱エネルギ供給部及び媒体供給部を制御することで容器部内の媒体の状態を制御する媒体状態制御部であって、容器部内の媒体の状態を、容器部内に投入された調理対象を媒体により調理可能な第1状態と、第1状態よりも単位時間あたりの容器部内の媒体への熱エネルギ供給部による熱エネルギの供給量が小さい第2状態との間で切り替える媒体状態制御部と、を備え、媒体状態制御部は、容器部内の媒体の状態が第2状態である状況下で所定イベント検出部により所定イベントが検出された場合に、容器部内の媒体の状態を第2状態から第1状態に切り替える。【選択図】図1 |
