Zusammenfassung:To provide a magnetic material/nonmagnetic material removing filter configured so that magnetic materials such as ferromagnetic powder and granular materials and nonmagnetic materials such as aluminum, brass and abrasive grain can be favorably separated and removed from liquid to be treated.SOLUTION: A removing film 10 is configured so that a magnet 24 is arranged in a magnet pipe 22 arranged to extend in an outer funnel 14 and magnetic materials are adsorbed and separated from liquid to be treated by magnetic force thereof, while the liquid to be treated that is introduced is caused to cause a swirling flow on a spiral-shaped introduction passage 62 of a passage insert 60 arranged in an inflow/outflow head 12 and further, the liquid to be treated is guided as a swirling flow going downward by a cyclone blade 26 mounted on an outer periphery part of the magnet pipe 22 and is swirled and moved downward in the outer funnel 14, and the magnetic materials and nonmagnetic materials in the liquid to be treated move down through an inner funnel 16 to be separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被処理液体から、強磁性粉粒体の如き磁性体物質やアルミニウム、真鍮、砥粒等の如き非磁性体物質を有利に分離除去せしめ得るようにした磁性体物質・非磁性体物質除去フィルタを提供する。【解決手段】アウタロート14内に延びるように配設されたマグネットパイプ22内にマグネット24を配置して、その磁力により被処理液体から磁性体物質を吸着して分離する一方、流入出ヘッド12内に配設された流路インサート60の螺旋状導入路62にて、導入される被処理液体に旋回する流れを生じさせ、更にマグネットパイプ22の外周部に取り付けたサイクロンブレード26により被処理液体を下方に向かう旋回流として導いて、アウタロート14内を下方に旋回・移動させつつ、被処理液体中の磁性体物質や非磁性体物質がインナロート16内を降下して分離せしめられるようにして、除去フィルタ10を構成した。【選択図】図1
