Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electric hydraulic pressure regulation valve which is low in a hysteresis, and manufacturable at a low cost.SOLUTION: An electric hydraulic pressure regulation valve has a valve housing 4 having a flange 5 which is flange-fixed to an apparatus 6, and an electromagnet 2 arranged in the valve housing 4, and having a magnetic pole core 9. The electric hydraulic pressure regulation valve can selectively connect a pressure connection part P and a tank connection part T to a work connection part A, and can separate the tank connection part from the work connection part A via a valve slider 8. The electric hydraulic pressure regulation valve also comprises a magnetic armature 20 arranged in the valve housing 4, movable by the electromagnet 2, and linked with the valve slider 8 in movement, and a seal member 7 attached to the magnetic pole core 9, and formed so as to be joined to the apparatus. The seal member 7 is formed so as to seal a contact region between the valve housing 4 and the magnetic pole core 9, and the intrusion of fluid into a clearance between the magnetic pole core 9 and the valve housing 4 is thereby prevented, or becomes at least difficult.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ヒステリシスが小さく、且つ、低コストに製造可能な電気油圧式圧力調整弁を提供する。【解決手段】電気油圧式圧力調整弁は、機器6にフランジ固定するためのフランジ5を有する弁ハウジング4と、弁ハウジング4内に配置され、磁極コア9を有する電磁石2とを有し、弁スライダ8を介して、圧力接続部P及びタンク接続部Tを、選択的に、作業接続部Aに接続可能、及び、作業接続部Aから分離可能である。弁ハウジング4の内部に配置され、電磁石2によって移動可能で弁スライダ8と移動が連動している磁気アーマチュア20と、磁極コア9に取り付けられ、機器に接合するために形成されたシール部材7と、を備えており、シール部材7は、弁ハウジング4と磁極コア9との間の接触領域をシールするように形成されており、それによって、磁極コア9と弁ハウジング4との間への流体の侵入が防止される、又は、少なくとも困難になる。【選択図】図1 |
