CAMERA MOUNTING STRUCTURE

To provide a vehicular camera mounting structure which can be installed in a small space and secure a water shut-off performance.SOLUTION: A camera mounting structure includes: a support member 11 which is fixed to an exterior of a passenger compartment of a vehicle 1; and a camera 20 attached to the support member 11. In the camera mounting structure, the camera 20 is mounted on the vehicle 1 through the support member 11. The camera 20 has a camera body 31 and an attachment part 22 for attaching the camera body 31 to the support member 11. The support member 11 includes an outer surface R and an inner surface F and has: a camera opening 13 which communicates over the inner surface F and the outer surface R; and a recessed part 14 (a sink mark inhibition groove) formed at a position offset downward from the camera opening 13 on the inner surface F. In the camera mounting structure, the camera 20 is mounted on the support member 11 in a state that the camera body 31 is fitted in the camera opening 13 and a protruding part 23 provided at the attachment part 22 is placed in contact with the recessed part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】省スペースで設置することができ、止水性が確保できる車両のカメラ搭載構造を提供する。【解決手段】カメラ搭載構造は、車両１の車室外に固定される支持部材１１と、支持部材１１に対して装着されるカメラ２０とを備え、支持部材１１を介して車両１にカメラ２０を搭載する搭載構造である。カメラ２０は、カメラ本体３１と、カメラ本体３１を支持部材１１に取り付けるための取付部２２とを有する。支持部材１１は、外側面Ｒ及び内側面Ｆを備えると共に、内側面Ｆ及び外側面Ｒに亘って連通したカメラ開口部１３と、内側面Ｆにおいてカメラ開口部１３に対して下方に外れた位置に形成された凹部１４（ヒケ抑制溝）とを有する。カメラ搭載構造は、カメラ開口部１３に対してカメラ本体３１を嵌め込むと共に、取付部２２に設けられた凸部２３を凹部１４に当接させて、カメラ２０を支持部材１１に搭載することを特徴とする。【選択図】図３
