HEALTH DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM AND HEALTH DATA PROCESSING METHOD

To provide a mechanism materializing health promotion by measuring and analyzing health characteristics and social characteristics and by providing measures and advice.SOLUTION: In a health data processing system, an arithmetic device includes: an individual health condition analysis section which can access a database storing basic data of inhabitants, health data of the inhabitants and data for social capital index measurement, and analyzes an individual health condition being health condition of each inhabitant by using the health data; a regional health condition analysis section analyzing a regional health condition being health conditions of the inhabitants belonging to a region by using the health data; an SCI derivation section deriving a regional SCI being a social capital index of each region by using the data for social capital index measurement; and an individual provision information generation section generating information contributing to health of the inhabitant by using the individual health condition, the regional health conditions and the regional SCI.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】健康特性と社会特性を計測、分析し、施策やアドバイスによって健康増進を図る仕組みを実現する。【解決手段】健康データ処理システムであって、演算装置は、住民の基本データ、住民の健康データ、及びソーシャルキャピタル指数計測用データを格納するデータベースにアクセス可能であって、前記健康データを用いて、各住民の健康状態である個人健康状態を分析する個人健康状態分析部と、前記健康データを用いて、地域に属する住民の健康状態である地域健康状態を分析する地域健康状態分析部と、前記ソーシャルキャピタル指数計測用データを用いて、地域毎のソーシャルキャピタル指数である地域ＳＣＩを導出するＳＣＩ導出部と、前記個人健康状態、前記地域健康状態、及び前記地域ＳＣＩを用いて、前記住民の健康に寄与する情報を生成する個人提供情報生成部と、を備える。【選択図】図１
